just saw the challange at the Moxie fab world & boy ! i was super excited !!i love borders & really wanted to get going !!this is what i came up with :
i roughed up d edges :
i used the M.S. BORDER PUNCH to create a lace :
i ruffeled it up to make a frill:
my punchcrafted flowers on d embossed oval :
